Install ORCA EA

  1. Open the download link from your email and save OrcaEA_latest.zip. The link works twice.
  2. Unzip it and double-click INSTALL.bat (Mac: INSTALL_MAC.command). It finds MetaTrader 5 and copies ORCA EA and its sounds for you.
  3. Restart MetaTrader 5.
Prefer to copy by hand?

In MT5: File › Open Data Folder. Put OrcaEA.ex5 in MQL5\Experts and the OrcaSounds folder in MQL5\Files. Then right-click Expert Advisors in the Navigator and press Refresh.

Allow ORCA to reach the website

MT5 blocks internet calls from EAs until you allow them. ORCA needs this once, to check your plan and to send your trades to your dashboard.

  1. In MT5 open Tools › Options › Expert Advisors.
  2. Tick Allow algorithmic trading.
  3. Tick Allow WebRequest for listed URL.
  4. Add these two lines, exactly:

The second address is a backup route, used only if the first one is slow. Press OK to save.

Put ORCA on a chart and activate

  1. Open any chart. Drag ORCA EA from the Navigator onto it and press OK.
  2. On the ORCA panel open the SETUP tab.
  3. Paste the license key from your email (it starts with ORCA-) and press ACTIVATE KEY.
  4. You should see your plan, for example ORCA MONTHLY renews in 30 days.

Only one ORCA per MT5 is needed: it watches all your symbols. The key locks to the first computer it is activated on.

Open your dashboard

  1. Go to orcasyst.online/app and choose Create account.
  2. Use the same email you paid with and pick a password. Enter the 6-digit code we email you.
  3. Within about a minute ORCA sends your last 90 days of closed trades. After that, every trade shows up a few seconds after it closes.

On the SETUP tab of the ORCA panel the last line shows the sync, for example Web dashboard: synced 14:05 (+12 trades). The dashboard is read only: it can never place, change or close a trade.

Put the dashboard on your phone

iPhone

  1. Open orcasyst.online/app in Safari and log in.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android

  1. Open orcasyst.online/app in Chrome and log in.
  2. Tap the menu ⋮.
  3. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.

The ORCA fin appears on your home screen and opens full screen like an app. It refreshes your numbers every minute while it is open.

Add more MT5 accounts

Your plan covers as many MT5 accounts as you like on your computer. Log in to the other account in the same MT5 (File › Login to Trade Account) with ORCA on a chart and it links by itself. A second MT5 installation counts as a second computer: write to support if you need that. Each account appears in the account picker at the top of your dashboard. On the Plan tab you can give each one a name, like "Prop challenge" or "Gold".

Common problems

"Allow the license server: Tools › Options › Expert Advisors…"

Step 2 is missing or an address has a typo. Copy both addresses from above, press OK, then remove ORCA from the chart and drag it on again.

"This license is already active on another computer"

Keys lock to one computer. Moving to a new one? Email support@orcasyst.online from your purchase email and we move it.

"Web dashboard: not synced"

Check step 2, then your internet. ORCA tries again every few minutes and catches up on every trade it missed, so nothing is lost.

My dashboard says "Let's connect your MT5"

Make sure you created your dashboard account with the same email you paid with, and that ORCA is activated and running on a chart. Look at the last line of the SETUP tab.

No sounds

Sounds play on the computer running MT5. A VPS without speakers plays nothing. Check that the volume is up and that the panel is not muted, then press TEST on the SOUND tab.

"PLAN ENDED: guarding your open trades"

Your plan and grace week are over. ORCA keeps protecting trades that were already open until they close, but blocks new orders. Renew and it unlocks within a few minutes.

Renewing

Crypto payments are never taken automatically. We email you 7, 3 and 1 day before your plan ends, and the dashboard shows a reminder. Renew from the email link, from the Plan tab of your dashboard, or at orcasyst.online/renew. Paying early adds the time after your current end date. After the end date you still get a full 7-day grace week.
